Redeemers’ University, RUN, on Tuesday September 2, 2014, fired 250 staff. The management of the university owned by Pastor Enoch Adeboye’s RCCG, with staff strength of about 500, took the painful decision to cut overhead cost as they relocate to their Ede, Osun State permanent site this month.
Some of the disengaged staff stormed the international office of Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG at the Redemption Camp, Mowe, Ogun state yesterday, Friday, September 5, 2014, to protest their sack.
The aggrieved former staff of RUN were there to appeal to the General Overseer/Pro Chancellor of the university to save their jobs. Daddy GO promised to address the issue.
