Unknown gunmen murder Plateau traditional ruler along with his wife and son in cold blood

UNKNOWN gunmen in Plateau State have shot and killed Lawrence Agaie the paramount ruler of Bokkos alongside his police orderly Inspector Sunday Wuyah in an inexplicable attack.

 

In what is now becoming a growing menace across the country, the traditional ruler was gunned down in cold blood along with some members of his family. Killed alongside him were his wife and his son who bears the name Shagari.

 

Apparently, the monarch was returning to Bokkos after visiting his farm in Sha District when he was attacked. Captain Ikedichi Iweha of the Special Task Force in Plateau State, confirmed the incident, adding that the corpses had been deposited at an undisclosed hospital in Jos.

 

He said a woman who was shot in the attack but did not die, had been taken to a hospital in Bokkos. According to Captain Iweha, no arrests  have been made so far relaying to the incident.
